When you (“you”, the “Customer”) purchase a product (the “Product”) from Potent Plugins (“we”, “us”), you are purchasing online services (the “Services”) that allow you to access the product’s code and accompanying digital files via links provided on our website, via email, or via support ticket responses (the “Delivery Service”), to activate and deactivate license keys in your installation of the Product (the “Activation Service”), to check for and download updated versions of the product manually and/or using update software included in the Product (the “Update Service”), and to request and receive online ticket-based support for the Product (the “Support Service”). These services may be available for a limited time after purchase (the “Service Term”) as specified on the webpage for the Product on our website.

By purchasing a Product from Potent Plugins, you agree to the following Terms:

Refund Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.

Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:

– You are within the first 14 days of the purchase of the plugin. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after 14 days.
– No refunds will be granted after the first 14 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
– No refunds can be processed for the All Access Pass at anytime.
– No refunds will be granted for product renewal payments as you have had 12 full months to cancel the subscription.
– A refund for any particular product or membership will only be granted for the initial purchase. If you have made a purchase, requested a refund for that item and then purchased again we will not issue the refund the second time.

To receive a refund: First, deactivate your license and uninstall the plugin (you must deactivate your license prior to uninstalling since this does not occur automatically when the plugin is removed). Then contact support with your license key and the email address used to purchase the plugin. Once we have confirmed your license details and that it has been deactivated, we will issue you a refund via your original payment method.

By purchasing plugin(s) or themes from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.

General Terms

  1. You shall only use the Services as intended by us, and in accordance with all applicable laws.
  2. The Services are provided as-is. We make no warranties regarding the Services, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of accuracy, availability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by applicable law.
  3. These Terms are subject to change at any time. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to the current version of the Terms as posted on our website.

Delivery Service Terms

  1. The Delivery Service may only be available for a limited time after the purchase is completed, regardless of the Service Term. If the Delivery Service is no longer available for your purchase, you may contact us to request further access during the Service Term.

Update Service Terms

  1. You shall not use the Update Service to download updates for installations of the Product in WordPress installation(s) or site(s) (in the case of a multi-site WordPress installation) where that Product’s license key is not currently activated, or where the Service Term for the activated license key has elapsed.

Support Service Terms

  1. You shall not use the Support Service to request support for installations of the Product in WordPress installation(s) or site(s) (in the case of a multi-site WordPress installation) where that Product’s license key is not currently activated (except for support requests related to the activation of the license key), or where the Service Term for the activated license key has elapsed (except for support requests related to the renewal of the license key).
